VK says transformation begins by deidentifying oneself from their body and mind, recognizing the being within, understanding their needs, living with physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual ease.
VK leads being on a gentle yet profound journey—from the OneSelf to no self—unfolding step by step into deeper awareness and harmony.
Being in Oneself, regardless of young or old, educated or uneducated, strong or week, happy or unhappy, successful or struggling, introvert or extrovert, rich or poor, often clouded by ignorance, fear, guilt, and insensitivity. People remain bound by past wounds and future anxieties. Though the form and degree may vary, the patterns remain alike—endlessly judging oneself and others, swaying between personal and professional demands, facing friction in relationships, fearing the loss of money, clinging to scarcity, dreading exploitation, feeling victimized by the unfairness and untrustworthy world.

Enlightenment, a state of pure emptiness and stillness, where one witnesses the no self within and infinite unity, realizes they are not separate from all that exists—they are the All and One.
